4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used for withdrawals. A sufficient verified balance must be available in the account at the time of withdrawal.

4.3 Identity Verification

4.4 Currency

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Weekly Reload Reward

Under the joya9 bd weekly reload reward, a 30% bonus on deposits is available, up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳300. This bonus can be claimed once per week on any day by making a deposit. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → bonus ৳600 → wagering ৳600 × 18 = ৳10,800.

5.3 Slot Festival Bonus

The joya9 bd Slot Festival Bonus offers a 50% bonus on deposits, up to ৳8,000, with a 20x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳300. This bonus is available once every Monday for deposits made on slot games only.

5.4 Cricket Special Offer

The joya9 bd Cricket Special Offer gives a 40% bonus on deposits, up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳300. This bonus applies once per week for deposits made to bet on any cricket match.

5.5 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn unless the eligibility and wagering requirements for the bonus are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time until the requirements of the first bonus are completed.
• joya9 bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net losses

For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Reaching a higher tier depends on regular participation and activity. VIP benefits are for personal use only and are non-transferable. joya9 bd may amend VIP terms at any time.

7.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered valid only when it has been confirmed and recorded in the system. joya9 bd is not responsible for any bet that is not recorded due to a technical error. A bet already accepted will not be cancelled if the user's connection is lost.

7.2 Bets at Incorrect Prices

joya9 bd reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or prices. If any amount is won on such a bet, it will be deducted before being credited to the user's account.

7.3 Event Cancellation

If a sports event or game is cancelled, the stake of the related bet will be returned to the user's account, unless the specific game rules state otherwise.
